The seal tightener is used to tighten piston seals made of PTFE material, effectively restoring the seal to its groove. It is suitable for outer diameter ranges from 50mm to 360mm. The stainless steel band can be adjusted according to the size of the seal, and the triangular PU block prevents pressure damage to the seal.
Product Usage Instructions:
1. According to the size of the piston seal, pull out the stainless steel band of the tightener to an appropriate length.
2. Turn the knob clockwise until the stainless steel band snugly fits around the seal.
3. Forcefully open the tightener handle to make the stainless steel band tighten around the piston seal, hold for 5 seconds.
4. Slightly open the handle again while pressing the button on the handle, then retract the handle back to its original position to complete the installation.
